I'm quite unhappy with how unprofessional the Dots team has become. I ordered my notebooks on 26.10.2025. I paid for it in advance believing that I'll get them on the date they promise, which was 5-7 business days, 7-10 days for engravings. I had ample time - or so I thought- as I live in Eroupe and was in Egypt for two weeks. I wrote 3 emails when the window for delivery passed and no one bothered to reply except after a week from sending the last email (by that time we're now on day 11.11.2025. 16 days from the purchase date) They then sent an email informing me delivery will be scheduled the week after, I again thought I'll have my order just in time before I leave, but alas, they lied again. My parents had to recieve this order on 22.11.2025, and of course I missed receiving it as I had to travel back home. I wasted a 1100 EGP on this worthless company but never again, you lost a customer who has been with you since 2016!
